| About Us We live in a small town called Edinburg, Texas. We are dedicated to raising healthy and happy CKC Yorkshire Terriers in our home. They are very social with adults and children, but we don't recommend children under the age of 7. Our puppies drink filtered water,they are crate & puppy pad trained. Our babies are strictly indoor babies. I believe in giving the best of myself to these little adorable dolls! We focus on chocolate/tan colors. If you decide to adopt one of our babies it will come with its tail docked and its first set of immunizations. We also have a one year health guarantee, vet check, and CKC registration papers. I will be available to answer questions and assist you with your bundle as long as you need me! Life is full of surprises and if something crops up with your Yorkie that you find yourself needing help with, I'm here for you! I can be reached by phone or email. We're in it together.
